Greek Yogurt Berry Smoothie Pops are a healthy and satisfying treat for a hot day!

Greek Yogurt Berry Smoothie Pops are a healthy and satisfying treat for a hot day! Easy to make and super kid friendly! | MomOnTimeout.com | #recipe

Summer has definitely arrived early! Bryce and I hit the park at about 10 this morning and you would have thought it was mid-afternoon in July the way I was sweating. Bryce wasn’t phased except to tell me that his bike helmet was making his head “schwetty”. We made it a good hour before heading back home but it made me super thankful for these smoothie pops that I had popped into the freezer right before we left. They weren’t ready until after Reece got home but they were absolutely worth the wait!

These smoothie pops are the bomb! Seriously. This is a treat that even I can enjoy and my nutritionist would approve of (right Stepanie??). Three ingredients: Greek yogurt,  frozen berries, and milk. They take just seconds to make and are heavenly on hot afternoons. I love watching my boys enjoy these smoothie pops because I know they are inhaling calcium, protein, and antioxidants AND they think they are getting an amazing treat. Which they totally are because the pops are delicious! Want a lick?
