Fluff Recipes

I realize that I have developed quite a reputation for fluff recipes. I will admit that they are one of my VERY favorite desserts to make – so easy to prepare and everyone just loves them!

So far I’ve shared a Cherry Fluff, Pina Colada Fluff, and Pistachio Fluff. Today, I’m putting a holiday twist on fluff and sharing my delicious recipe for Cranberry Fluff! This dessert salad NEEDS to be on your holiday table this year.

There is so much to love about this salad that I hardly know where to begin. Like all my fluff salads, I start with Dole pineapples. Most of my recipes call for a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple but I wanted to mix it up a bit for this recipe.

Literally.

Made With Fresh Cranberries

I really wanted to use fresh cranberries in this recipe but realized that the overly-tart cranberries might be a little much. And then I realized that I could blend them with Dole pineapples to create a slightly sweet – slightly tart combo that would be PERFECT in this salad.

With the additions of marshmallows, coconut, and crunch pecans (optional!), this salad will shine at any celebration!

Cranberry Fluff Ingredients

  • fresh cranberries
  • pineapple chunks
  • miniature marshmallows
  • shredded coconut
  • pineapple tidibts
  • chopped pecans
  • Cool Whip

  2. Combine cranberry-pineapple mixture with marshmallows, coconut, pineapple tidbits and pecans in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

What your holiday table is missing! Cranberry Fluff is an easy dessert salad made with cranberries, pineapples, coconut and marshmallows. No one can resist this beautiful and scrumptious dessert!

How To Garnish

Top with some fresh cranberries and some fresh mint leaves and you quickly have a showstopping dessert on your hands. There is only about five minutes worth of work here and trust me, it’s five minutes very well spent. I’m hoping that this easy cranberry fluff will find its way onto your holiday table this year!

With Christmas and the New Year quickly approaching, I want to make a toast to YOU – my readers! Without you, I wouldn’t even have a blog, I wouldn’t be able to stay home with my boys and work in my PJs, and most of all, spend my days making delicious recipes that I get to share. So thank you, thank you, thank YOU!

I froze the leftovers in small portions after my family left. I put them in my lunch box. It’s a wonderful frozen treat!!

Usually can’t get fresh cranberries here. Could you use whole berry canned ones?

The whole berry might work but I would check the freezer section first. You might be able to find frozen cranberries.

    HI Trish,
I only have crushed pineapple and pineapple chunks, which would you suggest adding to the cranberries and which for the mix in? I was thinking I could cut the the chunks into tid bits and add the crushed to the cranberries.
