  • Easy To Make. With only a handful of ingredients, this mocktail is super easy to whip up. Perfect for a party!
  • Refreshing. This mocktail is a great way to beat the heat and quench your thirst.
  • Family Friendly. We love a good mocktail around here! It’s so fun to bust out the blender and whip up some tasty drinks the whole family can enjoy!

How to Make Pineapple Mango Mocktail

If you’re looking for a drink to serve at a party, this mocktail is sure to be a winner! As always, you can find the full printable recipe card at the end of this post.

  1. Pulse all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more coconut water or lime juice to thin it out or more frozen fruit or ice cubes to thicken it up.
  2. Rim the glasses with a wedge of lime and rub it along the rim of the glass.
  3. Add sugar to a shallow bowl and place the glass upside down in the sugar so the sugar sticks to the rim.
  4. Pour the mocktail into a glass and garnish.

Variations to Try

This recipe is delicious as is but here are some tasty variations to try:

  • Consider adding a little rum to turn this mocktail concoction into a pineapple mango daiquiri. Four ounces would be perfect!
  • Prefer margaritas? Add four ounces of tequila!
  • Any juice is a good substitution for the coconut water if you prefer a different flavor.
  • Try swapping in other frozen fruit or simply adding to this yummy pineapple-mango combination. Strawberries would be a delicious addition!

Can I use fresh mango?

You certainly can, but it changes the texture and consistency of the mocktail. For this reason, I recommend sticking with frozen mangoes.

Can this recipe be doubled?

This pineapple mango mocktail is fun to serve at parties. It can easily be doubled, tripled, etc. (depending on your blender’s capacity.)

I love a really sweet drink – can I make this more sweet?

You can add a little honey or agave syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink.

Trish’s Tips and Tricks

  • Choose a ripe and juicy pineapple for the best flavor if using fresh rather than frozen pineapple.
  • Using both frozen pineapple and mango will make a thicker mocktail, which can be thinned with additional coconut water if desired.
  • Coconut water can be substituted with water.
  • Add four ounces of rum to enjoy a daiquiri or tequila if you prefer margaritas.
