- The dressing is even better after it has marinated together for a couple of hours. For the best flavor- make the dressing in advance.
- If the dressing feels too thick, whisk in a tablespoon or two of warm water until it reaches your desired consistency.
- The dressing will stay good in the fridge for 4-5 days. It may harden up as it cools. Just pop it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds and shake the jar again to remix everything.
- If you use low-sodium soy sauce, you may need to add a little salt to the dressing.
- The veggies are best sliced with a mandoline to get uniform veggies.
