Fruit ‘n Waffle Kabobs make for a fun breakfast OR dessert! Dip the kabobs in a super tasty maple cinnamon dip made with Greek yogurt!

Secret number ONE. Kabobs are one of my secret methods for ensuring my kids eat what I want them to eat. Stick anything on a skewer {or in this case a cute paper straw} and my boys will eat!

Secret number TWO. Dips! Everything tastes better with dip and waffles and fruit are no exception.

Secret number THREE. I also like kabobs and dip 🙂

5 SECRETS TO GETTING DINNER ON THE TABLE...FAST!

Does breakfast get any more fun than this? Eggo Homestyle Minis paired with some fresh fruit and a delicious dip made with Greek yogurt that you WANT them to eat – loving it! My boys are partial to strawberries and blackberries but you could substitute any fresh fruit that your family enjoys. I really like using straws for “skewers” for the boys. Bryce is pretty accident prone and I don’t want to take any chances 😉

I had some chocolate left over from The Reese’s Chocolate-Dipped Ice Cream Sandwiches from yesterday so I dipped a few minis in chocolate as a special treat. They are just so cute I can hardly stand it! So this dip is pretty freakin’ amazing if I do say so myself. I’m already coming up with other ways I can sneak it in. Made with Greek yogurt it packs a protein punch and the flavor – oh my! The maple and cinnamon are the perfect complement to the waffles and fruit – so yummy!

I like the Pillsbury Mini waffles better than the Eggo.

I tried making the dip with just plain ol’ vanilla yogurt and the other listed ingredients to go with homemade french toast that I rolled up into sticks…BEST DECISION EVER!!! It tasted fantastic. I still want to try kebabs with the mini french toasts and fruit but I had to come here and tell you how pleased I was with the dip. I have extra so I’m definitely making a trip to the store tomorrow to get some more stuff to eat with it. Thanks!!!

Is it bad that the first place my brain went was “I want the chocolate dipped ones!”? No? Good. 🙂
