I recently had the most amazing opportunity to work with Calphalon! I was sent two fabulous pans to work with: the AccuCore Stainless Steel 3-quart Sauté Pan and Unison Non-stick 10″ Omelet Pan. I was asked to come up with a unique spin on a classic recipe and I immediately thought of my favorite meal – Chicken Cordon Bleu. It was a lot of fun preparing my spin on Chicken Cordon Bleu and I hope you’ll go check out my recipe on Relish.com! My take on Chicken Cordon Blue makes it super accessible and easy to prepare even on a weeknight which is awesome!
If you’ve ever wished you could customize a cookware set specifically for your needs and the way you cook then you’re going to be super excited with what Calphalon has cooked up! Calphalon has come up with a fabulous way for people to buy their cooking sets by allowing you to create a custom set – piece by piece! I love this idea because we all cook differently and have different needs in the kitchen. At www.calphalon.com/yourset you can create your unique set of cookware that is perfect for you – so cool!
I am so in love with my new Calphalon pans and am amazed at the difference I have noticed in my cooking. The pans heat and cook so evenly and feel so solid and sturdy. The 3-quart Sauté Pan is so versatile and I use it several nights a week. The AccuCore Stainless Steel features a copper core for even distribution of heat which makes it ideal for getting a nice sear on meats and caramelizing onions. The Unison Nonstick Omelet pan is a lifesaver when it comes to cooking with eggs or other foods that would normally stick. The food just slides right off the pan making my food look beautiful every time!
I was so excited to use these pans and they are now officially my go-to pans in the kitchen. I can’t tell you how much I”m enjoying my new pans and yes, I will be asking for more for Christmas :)
If you were to only have one pan in your kitchen – what would it be??
Disclosure: I was compensated by Calphalon via Clever Girls Collective for participation in this program and also provided with two pans to work with. All opinions are, as always, 100% my own.

Oh wow, congrats on the Calphalon job, I’m jealous :)
