5 SECRETS TO GETTING DINNER ON THE TABLE...FAST!

The Unbreakable Christmas Centerpiece

November 29, 2011

I love beautiful, sparkly Christmas decorations. They make me smile. What makes me cry is when they get broken by two little boys. Solution? I got it right here for you.

Hit up your dollar store for some pretty plastic bowls and/or plates. Grab some shatter-proof ornaments (also at the dollar store).

Pull out a few cans you aren’t going to be using for the next month or so and wrap with wrapping paper or metallic tissue paper.
Stack the plates or bowls on top of the cans to create a beautiful stand.
Fill the plates and bowls with shatterproof ornaments. Add in any other pretty, non-breakable items and voila! Take that little boys!

I love Christmas ornaments on display. This centerpiece turned out great. It’s awesome that it’s kid and pet-proof!
