  • Combine all spices in a small bowl and whisk to combine. If there are any lumps, push through a fine mesh sieve.
    3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon ground cloves, 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Use a small funnel to transfer pumpkin pie spice to an airtight container or jar.
  • Store in a cool, dark spot away from sunlight for up to 6 months (or use the expiration dates on the store bought spices to determine when the blend will expire).
