2cupspineapplediced
1 ½cupsmangodiced
½cupred bell pepperfinely diced
⅓cupred onionfinely diced
⅓cuptomatoesdiced (Roma, cherry, grape, etc.)

1jalapenoseeded and minced
2teaspoonslime zest
2tablespoonslime juice
1tablespoonhoney
Instructions
Combine pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeno and lime zest in a large bowl and toss gently to combine. Set aside.
