- 1 frozen banana quartered
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt not sweetened
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Caramel Machiatto creamer
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp rum extract optional
- 1/2 tsp banana extract optional
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream and additional cinnamon if desired.
To make a shake, replace the Greek yogurt with vanilla ice cream. Drizzle caramel sauce on top - yum!
