Ingredients
3cupsfresh cranberries
1 1/4cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupfresh orange juice
2Granny Smith applespeeled, cored, and diced (about the size of cranberries)
1red pearpeeled, cored, and diced (about the size of cranberries)
1shallot or 1/2 small yellow oniondiced
3/4cupgolden raisins
2cinnamon sticks
5whole cloves
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a 4 qt slow cooker.
Turn on high and cook for 3 - 4 hours until the cranberries have burst and the apples are tender.
Remove the lid from the slow cooker and continue simmering until the chutney has reached desired consistency.
