WATERMELON SLUSHIE

Ingredients

Step 1

To freeze the watermelon, transfer the watermelon cubes to a baking sheet in a single layer. Freeze for 2 hours.

Step 2

Place the frozen watermelon, lime juice, sweetener and 3 tablespoons of water in a large, high powered blender.

Step 3

Blend for 3 to 5 minutes, until desired consistency is reached. It may be necessary to add additional water.

Step 4

Do so 2 tablespoons at a time. Make sure all of the ingredients are being blended together. Serve immediately in cold glasses.
