Ingredients
20ouncescrushed pineapple1 can - drained
6ounces orange Jell-O
24ouncescottage cheese small curd
16ounces Cool Whip
1 ½cupssweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
Mix pineapple, Jell-O and cottage cheese together in a large bowl.
Fold in Cool Whip and coconut.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Refrigerator: You can store this tropical salad in an air tight container or tightly covered with saran wrap in your fridge for about 7-10 days.
Freezer: While you can make this delicious salad ahead of time and store it in your fridge, I would not recommend freezing it. Freezing the salad would ultimatley change the overall texture of the dessert
