Notes

Storage Information
This S’mores Martini is best enjoyed fresh, but if you need to prep ahead of time, you can mix the vodka and chocolate liqueur and store it in the fridge for up to a day. When ready to serve, shake the cocktail with ice and pour it into a freshly coated glass followed by the marshmallow garnish.

Can't find marshmallow or whipped cream vodka? You can use the vanilla vodka and add a teaspoon of toasted marshmallow syrup to give it that marshmallow flavor.

Large Batch: To make a large batch of 8 cocktails, combine 2 cups chocolate liqueur or Irish cream and 2 cups marshmallow or whipped cream vodka. Follow the same steps for rimming the glasses with chocolate and graham cracker crumbs on 8 glasses. Chill the pitcher and the glasses until serving time.
