These Slow Cooker Kielbasa Bites are the best appetizer ever! Kielbasa is tossed and slow cooked in a mouthwatering sauce for incredible flavor that takes just minutes of work. These little bites are so easy to make and are guaranteed to be a hit at your next party. You can serve them as an app, or alongside rice for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds kielbasa up to 3 pounds
  • 12 ounces chili sauce 1 jar
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce use your favorite!
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces and place in the prepared slow cooker.
    2 pounds kielbasa
  • Combine chili sauce, barbecue sauce, grape jelly, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl and whisk to combine.
    12 ounces chili sauce, 1 cup barbecue sauce, 1 cup grape jelly, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Pour over kielbasa.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours or until kielbasa bites are heated through.
  • Served as an appetizer or with rice for dinner.

Storage Information
Refrigerator: Let kielbasa cool and then place in an airtight container. Refrigerate up to 4 days.
Freezer: Let kielbasa bites cool before transferring to a freezer safe, airtight container. Kielbasa can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Reheat: Heat them in the microwave or on the stovetop to enjoy.
Make Ahead: The kielbasa can be cut in advance and the sauce assembled up to 2 days in advance. When you’re ready, just dump in your slow cooker and cook as instructed.
