Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter smooth
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 7 cups powdered sugar
  • 10 oz peanut butter chips 1 bag

Instructions

  • First you'll melt the butter on the stove on medium heat.
  • Then you'll stir in the milk & brown sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  • Bring that mixture to a boil & boil for about 2 minutes.
  • Stir frequently so your milk will not burn.
  • Remove from the heat & stir in both the peanut butter & the vanilla.
  • Then you'll pour the mixture over your powdered sugar in a large metal mixing bowl. Be careful it will be hot!
  • Then you'll beat until smooth.
  • Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Then you'll sprinkle an entire bag of peanut butter chips over the top & gently pressed them down into the fudge with a large spoon.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until firm, & then cut into squares. Enjoy! :)
