Transfer brownie mix to a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments on high heat, whisking in between, for 2 minutes or until the mix reaches 165°F. Let the mix cool completely before continuing.

Whisk the chocolate pudding mix into the cooled brownie mix.
3.4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the whipped topping and continue beating until combined.

Gradually beat in the brownie mix mixture until combined and no streaks remain.
Add milk a few tablespoons at a time, beating well in between each addition, until desired consistency is reached.
6 to 8 tablespoons milk
