Cranberry Fluff

What your holiday table is missing! Cranberry Fluff is an easy dessert salad made with cranberries, pineapples, coconut and marshmallows. No one can resist this beautiful and scrumptious dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries rinsed and drained
  • 8 ounces pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 8 ounces pineapple tidbits drained (or crushed pineapple)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed

Instructions

  • Pulse fresh cranberries and pineapple chunks together in food processor or blender. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • Combine cranberry-pineapple mixture with marshmallows, coconut, pineapple tidbits and pecans in a large bowl.
    2 cups miniature marshmallows, 2 cups shredded coconut, 8 ounces pineapple tidbits, 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
    8 ounces Cool Whip
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
