Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 inch baking dish and set aside. Combine berries, cornstarch & lemon juice in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Allow to set for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Spread evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish. Prepare Crumble Topping: Combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon & salt in a medium bowl & whisk to combine.

Step 3

Using a pastry cutter or two forks to cut in the cold butter. Sprinkle the crumble topping on top of fruit mixture and spread evenly.

Step 4

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Let cool for 15 minutes to allow the filling to thicken. Scoop into a bowl and top with ice cream or fresh whipped cream.
