Ingredients
1puff pastry sheetthaw according to package directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Cut thawed puff pastry sheet into 6 equal parts.

In a bowl cream together butter, honey (or brown sugar), cinnamon, and apple pie spice.
½ cup salted butter, 2 tablespoons honey, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon apple pie spice
Spread a tablespoon of honey butter over each pastry puff. Add a layer of thin apple slices on top of the butter.
2 large granny smith apples
Bake for 30 minutes or until puff pastries are golden brown.
Remove pastry puff from oven. Sprinkle crushed pecans and drizzle caramel sauce over pastry puff. Dust tarts with powdered sugar and serve.

Notes
To keep apples from browning:When using apples, I always slice or dice my apples first then soak in 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 cups of water for about 5 minutes. After soaking drain lemon water and rinse. This will keep apples from browning for 3 days.
