Strawberry Mango Smoothie
This refreshing Strawberry Mango Smoothie is quick and easy to make and super versatile too! Enjoy for breakfast, as an afternoon snack, or a tasty way to cool down on a hot summer day! Add a scoop of protein powder to this easy smoothie recipe for an added boost! Makes 1 large or 2 medium servings.
- 1 ½ cups strawberries frozen
- 1 cup mango chunks frozen
- 1 cup banana slices fresh or frozen, about 1 banana
- 1 cup ice cubes if using crushed ice, reduce to 3/4 cups
- ½ cup coconut water or try these options: apple juice, orange juice, coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on medium or medium high until smooth.
Check for consistency and add additional coconut water or liquid if it's too thick. Add additional ice or frozen fruit if it's too thin.
Pour into a glass. Garnish with fresh fruit if desired and enjoy immediately.
