Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread crusts removed (makes rolling easier)
  • 2 to 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 apple cut into sticks
  • 2 tsp honey
  • cinnamon a sprinkle

Instructions

  • Spread the peanut butter onto the bread in a thin, even layer.
  • Place the apple sticks on top.
  • Drizzle the honey on top of the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Slowly roll the the bread up (like a cinnamon roll) making sure to press firmly so the bread sticks together.
  • Slice each oll into four pieces and serve.
