Ingredients

  • 3-4 ripe bananas approx 1 1/2 cups mashed
  • 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Reese's Peanut Butter chips
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp butter softened
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Peel and mash the bananas.
  • Add in the butter and peanut butter and stir until well combined.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
  • Combine the dry ingredients.
  • Add the dry ingredients and Reese's Peanut Butter chips into the wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
  • Grease and flour a bread pan and the pour the mixture in.
  • Let the bread bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
