Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Delicious and satisfying, this easy Peanut Butter Banana Bread is extra moist and made with peanut butter and Reese's Peanut Butter chips for amazing peanut butter flavor! Perfect for breakfast or snacks!

  • 3-4 ripe bananas approx 1 1/2 cups mashed
  • 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Reese's Peanut Butter chips
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp butter softened
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Peel and mash the bananas.
  • Add in the butter and peanut butter and stir until well combined.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
  • Combine the dry ingredients.
  • Add the dry ingredients and Reese's Peanut Butter chips into the wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
  • Grease and flour a bread pan and the pour the mixture in.
  • Let the bread bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
