Ingredients

  • 16.5 ounces refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1 roll, I used Pillsbury
  • 16 ounces vanilla flavored candy coating Ghirardelli is delicious
  • 1 cup conversation hearts
  • ¼ cup sprinkles

Instructions

  • Roll out the sugar cookie dough to ¼ inch thickness on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Flour your rolling pin and dough as necessary to keep from sticking.
  • Bake according to directions and remove just before the cookie turns brown.
  • Melt candy coating or chocolate according to package directions.
  • Spread with a knife or spoon on top of sugar cookie using an offset spatula.
  • Sprinkle on conversation hearts and sprinkles.
  • Let candy coating set up before breaking apart or cutting into pieces.
