50 full sheets of graham crackers Chocolate Pudding Layers 2.8 oz instant chocolate pudding mix sugar free, fat free 3 Weight Watchers® GIANT Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream Bars melted (about 1 cup melted low-fat ice cream) 3 cups cold non-fat milk Cheesecake Layer 8 oz light cream cheese softened 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract 8 oz lite whipped topping Additional ingredients 1 pint fresh raspberries 8 oz lite whipped topping chocolate shavings
Cheesecake Layer Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, about three minutes. Beat in vanilla extract.
Fold in whipped topping. Set aside.
Assembly Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with graham crackers. Break up as you need to. I used a little less than 10 full sheets per layer.
Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers.
Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
Spread cheesecake layer on top of the graham crackers.
Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the cheesecake.
Spread remaining half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers.
Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
Spread remaining 8 oz container of lite whipped topping on top of the graham crackers.
Top with raspberries and chocolate shavings.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
