Outrageous Peanut Butter Fudge with M&Ms
The EASIEST candy you'll make all season and will FOR SURE become a new favorite! This Outrageous Peanut Butter M&M's Fudge is so creamy and delicious and is topped with festive holiday M&M's! Perfect for Christmas!
Servings: 64 pieces
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup M&Ms
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with non-stick foil and set aside. (If you don't have non-stick foil available, line with regular foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.)
In a medium size saucepan, combine the corn syrup and butter, cooking over low heat until the butter melts, stirring occasionally
Stir in the peanut butter and continue cooking over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Pour fudge into the prepared pan. Place M&Ms on top.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container.
