- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 18 oz apricot preserves 1 jar
- 1 cup orange juice or orange juice blend
- 2 oz onion soup mix 1 envelope
Place chicken in slow cooker.
Combine preserves, juice, and onion soup mix in a small bowl and pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender.
Serve over brown rice.
