Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes
Here is my Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes recipe… Easy peasy people!

- 1 lb lean ground beef the leaner the better
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- hamburger buns
Combine ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.
If your mixture starts looking dried out at any time, just add in 1-2 Tbls water to make it juicier.
If it is too juicy, leave the lid off of your slow cooker for the last half hour and let some of the liquids evaporate to thicken it up.
Serve up a healthy portion on a toasted hamburger bun and dinner is served!
