Here is my Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes recipe…  Easy peasy people!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef the leaner the better
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • hamburger buns

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • If your mixture starts looking dried out at any time, just add in 1-2 Tbls water to make it juicier.
  • If it is too juicy, leave the lid off of your slow cooker for the last half hour and let some of the liquids evaporate to thicken it up.
  • Serve up a healthy portion on a toasted hamburger bun and dinner is served!
