Layer 1 - Pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk I used light
Layer 2 - Mango
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk I used light
Layer 3 - Strawberry
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup vanilla or strawberry yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk I used light
Blend ingredients for layer one. Pour into two glasses, dividing equally.
Blend ingredients for the second layer. Spoon into the two glasses, dividing equally.
Blend ingredients for the top layer and spoon into the two glasses, dividing equally.
Top with shredded coconut if desired.
