White Chocolate Snickerdoodles

These easy White Chocolate Snickerdoodles are extra chewy and delicious! I didn't think anything could make Snickerdoodles more delicious - turns out I was wrong. White chocolate chips are the perfect addition to this classic, timeless favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • cups sugar
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Cream the butter in a large bowl. Add the sugar and mix until combined.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture, stirring until well combined.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Remove dough and form into small balls.
  • Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool on sheet for two minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
