How To Make THE BEST CRAB MELT

1. Slice bread and brush with olive oil and cook until lightly browned.  2. Combine other ingredients and fold in crab. 3. Remove the toast from the oven and top with crab mixture. Place a tomato slice on top and sprinkle with cheese. 4. Place toasts in broiler until cheese is melted. Garnish with dill and chives if desired.
