1. In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form. 2. In another medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. 3. Add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.

4. Cut Angel Food Cake into small pieces and line the bottom of your trifle dish with one third of the cake. 5. Layer with one-third of the pumpkin cheesecake mixture, followed by one-third of the remaining whipped cream. 6. Repeat layers twice and sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice. Refrigerate.

Super good and easy! Not a fan of angel food cake so, I used Sara Lee pound cake instead. I made the whipped cream this time, which was delicious, but will probably just buy cool whip next time because it’s easier. Already planning on making it again for a Thanksgiving! -Rebecca
