How To Make MUSHROOM STROGANOFF

1. Cook egg noodles. Drain and set aside.  2. Melt salted butter. Add onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle in garlic powder and Italian seasoning.  3. Cook until mushrooms soften. Pour in chicken stock and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil and simmer.

4. Whisk together the cornstarch and heavy cream and add to the chicken stock.  5. Whisk in sour cream and cook until sauce thickens. Add cooked noodles until combined  6. Plate and serve. Garnish with parsley.
