How To Make INSTANT POT BEEF STROGANOFF

1. Combine cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Toss in beef stew meat.  2. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and melt butter. Lightly sear each side of stew meat. Remove and set aside. 3. Sauté mushroom. Turn off sauté mode. Return seared beef to pot with mushrooms. Add other ingredients and stir to combine.

4. Seal and cook. Add egg noodles and set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Cook noodles. Turn off once noodles are al dente.  5. Stir in sour cream and top with parsley.
