GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES
MAIN INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
Olive Oil
Ground Black Pepper
Kosher Salt
Fresh Parsley (Optional)
Garlic Minced

For best results use Russian banana fingerling potatoes or other red, Yukon, or white potatoes
INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the potatoes in half and place on a small, rimmed baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 400F. Scrub the potatoes clean and pat dry with a towel.

Toss the potatoes with tongs or your hands until evenly coated.

Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes. Add garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy

Remove the potatoes from the oven and toss with fresh parsley to serve.

Flip the potatoes every 10 to 15 minutes to ensure all sides go nice and crispy.
For perfect roasting ensure all potatoes are cut roughly the same size
Ensure your potatoes are dry before roasting for crispy skin!
