Place a baking sheet in the oven & preheat to 350°

Season and sauté mushrooms

Cook bacon and chop into small pieces

Whisk together the eggs, evaporated milk, ricotta cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together 

Stir in the spinach, cheddar cheese, & mushrooms
