How To Make EASY CHICKEN FRICASSEE

1. Brown chicken in butter and olive oil. Remove.  2. Sautee mushrooms, shallots, thyme, and parsley. Stir in lemon juice, mushroom soup, chicken stock, and white wine.  3. Add chicken and simmer. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and serve hot.
