MAIN INGREDIENTS
Chicken stock or broth
Shredded or chopped chicken
Black Beans
Enchilada sauce
Diced tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onions with olive oil, garlic & cumin.

Stir in masa harina, chicken stock & shredded chicken.

Add enchilada sauce, black beans, tomatoes, green chiles & corn.

Stir in cream cheese then add cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese until melted.

Bring to simmer then cook for 10 minutes.
