INSTRUCTIONS

Add sugar, vanilla and eggs. Combine.

In a small bowl mix cocoa powder, cornstarch & salt.
Melt chocolate chips & butter in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.

Combine wet & dry mixtures, stir in chocolate chips. Pour two-thirds of brownie mix into a pan.
CHEESECAKE LAYER

Spoon cheesecake filling over brownie batter.

Drizzle remaining brownie batter on top.
Beat cream cheese & add sugar, egg and vanilla.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool in pan before cutting into squares.
For best results, bake the brownies from scratch
Use high quality cream cheese & vanilla for best flavor.
Use a smaller pan for thicker bars.
For a clean cut, ensure the bars are cooled fully.
