How To Make Buckeye bites

1. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Then, cream sugars, butter, and peanut butter together until light and fluffy. 2. Add in egg, vanilla, and water and beat until well blended. Gradually stir in dry ingredients. 3. Scoop cookie dough into muffin tin liners. Bake until they are set. Do not over bake.

1. Combine powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. 2. Scoop out one teaspoon of the mixture onto the top of each cooled cookie.

How To Make Buckeye bites

1. Place chocolate chips in a small, heat proof bowl. 2. Heat heavy whipping cream just to a boil and pour over the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. 3. Spoon over the top of each cookie cup over the peanut butter filling. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
