Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan

Melt two tablespoons of butter & set aside to cool.

Whisk together all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt

Add beer & stir. Add melted butter and stir to combine.

Transfer the batter to the pan & top with slices of butter. Bake for 50 to 65 min

This easy homemade Beer Bread recipe is soft and tender on the inside with a delicate, buttery crust.

Don’t over mix the dough. Stir just until the ingredients are combined 

There are only a few ingredients but they are ALL necessary. Don’t leave out the salt, sugar, or butter

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about 2 to 3 days. Don’t refrigerate this bread as it causes it to dry out.
