Place one wedge into a muffin tin and press the tortilla to the bottom.
Place more more wedge into the tin to create a bowl.
Trim the edges off the top of the tortillas.
This is how they will look when they’re ready to bake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Spoon sour cream into a plastic bag and cut off the corner – just a little bit!
Make up the guacomole using your favorite recipe, or you can just mash up the avocados and squeeze in some fresh lime juice like I did. Spoon the guacomole into the bowls and use a blue corn chip for the hat. Yes blue chips are really close to black 🙂 Can you see how they look like a witch hat??
Use the olives for eyes, the tomatoes for lips, and break off a corner of a yellow corn chip for the nose. I used sour cream for hair. My witches are old!
