Shopping for Breakfast at Sam’s Club #TysonBreakfast #CBias

Breakfast can be a busy time around our house.  Depending on the day we’ve got T-Ball practice or games, school, play dates, parties, appointments…well, you get the idea!  It might even sound a little bit familiar ;)  We recently loaded up the family to do a little shopping around town and started off at Toys R Us.  Good place to start right?  Bryce has been feeling a little behind the times when it comes to bikes at our house.  He’s been having a hard time keeping up with Big Brother Reece on his big wheels.  He’s a tall kid and even though he’s only three we thought he could handle a bike with training wheels.  We were right!  I’ll have some videos and pics on that coming soon :)

Next we headed over to Leatherby’s for an indulgent lunch and ice cream treat.  So amazing!  I still feel a little guilty – but it was SO worth it!  This was supposed to be for me and hubby but the boys helped polish it off.

Next stop – Sam’s Club!  Sam’s Club and I go way back.  I love shopping there because I know I am going to find superior quality, name brands, and exceptional prices.  We bought our living room sofa set at Sam’s Club, our “fireplace” heater, dressers, our patio set and many more big purchases as well. I also love Sam’s Club for food items, clothing, and lots of other stuff.  Sam’s Club always has terrific items for the holidays and Easter is no exception.  They had so many great Easter Baskets and cute outfits available.  Don’t forget Easter is April 8th this year!

The boys spotted these awesome kites!

This shopping trip was more of a browsing day – just checking things out.  If you have a Sam’s Club membership I’m sure you can relate :) Cruising the aisles and enjoying the samples – yummy!

We made our way to the frozen breakfast aisle to see what was available. Lot of yummy goodness including waffles, orange juice, breakfast sandwiches, fresh sausage, and to my surprise, the new Tyson Bacon Breakfast Bread Bowls!  These aren’t even supposed to be in California stores yet!  Don’t they look yummy?

Breakfast is the favorite meal in our house.  The boys love to have something hot in the morning and it’s great to have some options in the freezer.  These bread bowls definitely look like a kid-friendly breakfast to me.  I can’t wait to give these a try and to tell you all about it!  What do you feed your kids for breakfast?  Are weekend breakfasts a lot different that weekday breakfasts?  Ours are!
You can check out Tyson on Facebook and Twitter.  Tyson has so many wonderful products and frequently has promotions running so make sure you pay them a visit!
We headed to checkout and here is another reason why I love Sam’s Club…plenty of checkers and short lines!
Please check out my Google+ Album to see more photos from my Sam’s Club shopping trip.  So many great Easter and spring items available right now!

  1. I bet those breakfast bowls are good. Love the kites they have at Sams!

  2. Is it bad to admit that I spent a full 90 seconds staring at that ice cream? Once I got past that though, it sounds like a fun trip to Sams and a great new way to have breakfast!

  3. OK, that ice cream picture is killing me. KILLING ME! Can you pack up a sundae and dry ice and send it my way? :)
And what a happy surprise you found the bread bowls already in your store!

  4. My family loved these!!!
